I have made the intention almost daily (since the last time I posted) to come here and share some thoughts...
I'm not sure what stops me more often, life or just my lack of motivation and inspiration...
It's not hard to put words down... I guess I'm just easily distracted...

and the distractions...well....right now it's mostly (but not ONLY)  this...
I could lose hours lusting over STUFF...and I'm not even a stuff person!!!

THESE... are calling out to me.... they NEED me dammit!! I just have to pray a little that my local market will have lemons..otherwise life might get slighlty ugly...not that I'm vengeful or anything but when a girl need her cake.....

I dare you not to feel even the slightest twinges of craftiness when you visit this lushness .. the list of things I long to make and in reality will NEVER have time for is getting to silly proportions.... but I can't resist... it's a lurve thing...

and if you're any place far away from the homely fug of toasting muffins, then get thee to thy kitchen and make some!! I'm a long way away from the land of the English Muffin now but oh how I love them!!

and no...I don't have a crafting fixation.... honestly....

We're moving towards the winter break from school, exams are finished and the children are anxiously waiting for their results...
The past couple few weeks has been filled with a mutant puking virus and exams, and the  first semester break is a welcome break form the usual routine...

we're looking forward to some quality family time... minus the sickness and hopefully insha'allah some time spent creating niceness on the yarn and fabric front... we might even let the children join in (if suddenly and inexplicably overcome with the compulsion to be nice) ..
